Code of Conduct

The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to establish the Kentucky Dressage Association’s (“KDA”) common expectations in dressage. As ambassadors for dressage, this Code of Conduct applies to the following individuals at all times: Board of Directors, volunteers, employees, members, participants, athletes (and athlete support personnel), owners, competition organizers and managers, licensed officials, coaches, and others appointed or authorized to act on behalf of KDA.

ENFORCEMENT A violation of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate dismissal from the organization without reimbursement. Violations will be reported to KDA’s parent organization, USDF, or USEF, as deemed appropriate. Any Safe Sport questions or concerns should be reported to USEF, Safe Sport, and the KDA President immediately.

ANTI-RETALIATION There shall be no retaliation against any person who in good faith reports a violation of this Code of Conduct.
